Product/Investor CRM
Investor CRM

The pipeline and the portal, one record.

Most funds keep a CRM full of notes and a portal full of documents, with someone copying between them. Here they are the same system. The person a partner is talking to is the same record that signs, verifies and funds, so status is what actually happened rather than what someone remembered to log.

Contacts and investors, on one list.

A contact is someone you are tracking who has no portal access yet. An investor is someone who does. They live on the same list, and inviting a contact turns them into a portal user without re-entering anything.

Each record carries the details a fund actually keeps: company and title, expected cheque size, interests, tags, addresses, entities and internal notes, alongside every document, signature and verification attached to that person.

  • One profile, everything on it
Documents, identity outcome, subscription status and history live on the investor's record, so opening one profile tells you the whole story.
  • Import what you already have
Paste a CSV, or upload a messy list, a spreadsheet dump, an email thread, and have contacts extracted from it, matched against people you already track rather than duplicated.
  • Internal notes stay internal
Notes are gated behind their own permission, so an administrator without it can neither read nor write them.
  • Scoped to an investment
The same table, filtered to a single investment, sits on that investment's page, so you can work on one raise without the rest of the list in the way.
One less integration

Retire the CRM you were syncing.

No double entry

An investor signs once and the record already reflects it. There is nothing to export, import or reconcile at the end of the week.

Status that is real

Where someone stands is derived from what they actually completed in the portal, not from a field somebody updated by hand.

Outreach from your fund

Campaigns go out under your name and domain to the same records you are managing here.

Questions

CRM questions.

What is the difference between a contact and an investor?

A contact is tracked in the CRM but has no portal access. An investor has been invited and can sign in. Inviting a contact converts the same record rather than creating a second one.

Can I import my existing list?

Yes. Paste a CSV with a header row, or upload an unstructured file and have contacts extracted from it and presented for review before anything is written. Existing people are matched rather than duplicated.

Can I restrict who sees investor data?

Yes. Access to the CRM, to internal notes, and to the full investor dossier are separate permissions, so you can give someone the roster without giving them everything on it.

Work the raise from one list.

The CRM sits on the same foundation as subscriptions, signatures and your data rooms.
